Idient

Idient Inc. offers IT and product development services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Big Data, Consulting, Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Idient is based in Milpitas, California. More on idient.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Idient well, your review carries weight here.
