Ideators

Ideators is a contract management product. We provide Internet and Business Marketing, Cybersecurity, Web and App Development and Design, and more. So, get in touch!. Put simply, it is about drafting, approving, storing and renewing contracts with alerts before deadlines.

Who is it for? Mostly legal, procurement and finance teams. They also list Cyber Security, Data Integration, Graphic Design, Smart Contracts and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ideators is based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Their site is ideatorsdigital.com.

Our checklist for this category: search across clauses, renewal reminders, and permissions. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ideators well, your review carries weight here.
