Ideation Inc.

Ideation is a new innovations-focused company that helps its users develop software and websites, and create digital customer experiences. Put simply, it is about scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

The natural audience is social and community managers. Alongside the main category they mention Social Media and Web Development. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ideation Inc. is based in New York, New York. You can read more at ideationnyc.com.

Before you commit, look at which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
