IDEACore

IDEACore is a QFD, VOC solutions provider which coordinates the team of services and product suites for unlimited-use or applicable licenses. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IDEACore is based in Birmingham, Alabama. You can read more at ideacore.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used IDEACore? Rate it.
