ICTT System Sciences

ICTT System Sciences provides professional services and licensed technologies services to clients. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ICTT System Sciences is based in Terre Haute, Indiana. Their site is ictt.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ICTT System Sciences, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
