ICT Computer

ICT Computer is an IT solution provider, offering services like system maintenance, troubleshooting, web design, and cloud services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Technical Support and Web Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ICT Computer is based in Gretna, Louisiana. Their site is ictcomputer.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ICT Computer, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
