Icount.com

Icount is a political website that empowers the public to enhance communication between elected officials and citizens. In practice that means scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

It makes the most sense for social and community managers. Alongside the main category they mention Law Enforcement, Market Research, Messaging, Politics and Social Media. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Icount.com is based in Orem, Utah and around since 2010. More on icount.com.

Before you commit, look at which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
