Iconsoft

Iconsoft is an Information Systems Services company, a premier Consulting firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Iconsoft is based in Burlington, Massachusetts and founded in 1998. Their site is iconsoft.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Iconsoft well, your review carries weight here.
