Iconix Video

Iconix Video Inc. is a high-technology company specializing in specialty cameras for the Digital Cinema and Broadcast Television markets. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Iconix Video is based in Santa Barbara, California. You can read more at iconixvideo.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Iconix Video, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
