iConfiguration Consulting

iConfiguration Consulting offers business intelligence and Oracle software consulting services for commercial and government agencies. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Intelligence and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

iConfiguration Consulting is based in Leesburg, Virginia. More on iconfiguration.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know iConfiguration Consulting well, your review carries weight here.
