ICM Hub

AI-powered customer service for airlines (Techstars '17). That is the short version of ICM Hub. Put simply, it is about building AI products and features, often for other companies.

The natural audience is companies adding AI to a product. Related areas on their profile: Air Transportation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Service and Machine Learning. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
