ICF International

Here is ICF International in plain terms. ICF is a global consulting and technology services provider focused on making big things possible for our clients. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very large company team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

ICF International is based in Fairfax, Virginia and founded in 1969. Their site is icf.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used ICF International? Rate it.
