Iced Dev

Iced Development is a software consulting and training company focused on providing services around the latest web innovations. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Iced Dev is based in Mesa, Arizona and around since 2011. More on iceddev.com.
