IBS&C

IBS&C is an IT firm that specializes in software development, application development, database development and project management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Database and Project Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IBS&C is based in Bolingbrook, Illinois and founded in 1990. Their site is indianboundary.com.
