IBEX IT Business Experts

IBEX is an award-winning IT consulting and training firm that works with both government agencies and corporations. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Education, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

IBEX IT Business Experts is based in Norcross, Georgia. More on ibexexperts.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
