i2 IT Solutions

i2 IT Solutions offers cloud services, analytics, software development and ERP solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Big Data and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

i2 IT Solutions is based in Irving, Texas. Their site is i2itsolutions.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
