Hylite

Hylite Inc boosts employee morale with a platform for easy sending of compliments, fostering positive workplaces. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Employee Benefits. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hylite is based in Chicago, Illinois. You can read more at hylitepeople.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
