Hungerhost

Hungerhost is a web hosting service provider company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Web Hosting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hungerhost is based in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Their site is hungerhost.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Hungerhost, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
