Humintell

Humintell provides training in the fields of deception detection, reading people, threat assessment, and cross-cultural adaptation. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention E-Learning and Education. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Humintell is based in El Cerrito, California and founded in 2009. Their site is humintell.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
