Humanitarian Software

Humanitarian Software provides supply chain and warehouse management software solutions for non-profit organizations. In practice that means planning and tracking goods from supplier to customer.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and distributors. They also list Supply Chain Management and Warehousing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Humanitarian Software is based in Clemson, South Carolina. More on humanitariansoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: supplier portals, forecasting, and ERP integration. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Humanitarian Software well, your review carries weight here.
