HTML Global

IT Managed Services, Cyber Security, Hosting. That is the short version of HTML Global. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HTML Global is based in Glenview, Illinois. You can read more at htmlglobal.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with HTML Global, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
