Htech

Htech is an engineering company that provides industrial, electronics, and software services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Electronics and Manufacturing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Htech is based in Tucson, Arizona and founded in 2012. Their site is htech.us.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
