HRTM Consulting

HRTM Consulting is a human capital management software solutions firm that provides HR, payroll, and workforce timekeeping services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Human Resources. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HRTM Consulting is based in Somerset, New Jersey. More on hrtmconsulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with HRTM Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
