HotLinuxJobs

HotLinuxJobs is a linux and open source recruiting company. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Consulting, Linux, Open Source and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HotLinuxJobs is based in Savannah, Georgia. You can read more at hotlinuxjobs.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
