HostedHooks

HostedHooks is a development platform that provides webhooks as a service solution to create software applications. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Commercial and Developer APIs. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HostedHooks is based in San Diego, California. You can read more at hostedhooks.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with HostedHooks, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
