HopTo

Hopto offers software for remote access and mobile productivity, transforming legacy apps into mobile-friendly versions. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list E-Commerce, Logistics and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HopTo is based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Their site is gethopto.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with HopTo, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
