Hopdox

Hopdox offers eRecording solutions to simplify document recording processes. Put simply, it is about writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

The natural audience is teams that produce a lot of documents. They also list Document Management and Document Preparation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hopdox is based in Alpine, Utah. Their site is hopdox.com.

Before you commit, look at offline access, permissions, and export formats. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
