Hoodbee

Hoodbee is a platform that enables people can earn money with skills and hire people for business work. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention CivicTech, Mobile Apps and Service Industry. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hoodbee is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at hoodbee.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
