Honey CRM is an unique Sales & Marketing tool made especially for IT Service Providers, as well as a sweet Sales & Marketing CRM for MSPs. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized businesses. They also list CRM, IT Management, Marketing and Sales, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
