Homebase

Welcome to the Future of Living! Homebase is the solution for multifamily access control + property-wide WiFi + smart apartment technology. That is the short version of Homebase. In practice that means connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

Who is it for? Mostly manufacturers and operators. Related areas on their profile: Internet of Things, Property Management, Real Estate and Smart Building. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Homebase is based in Kansas City, Missouri. Their site is homebase.ai.

Our checklist for this category: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Homebase well, your review carries weight here.
