Home Antenna

Home Antenna is a provider of outdoor and indoor HDTV antennas and accessories. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Home Antenna is based in Rowland Heights, California. More on homeantenna.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Home Antenna, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
