Hologress

Hologress is a software company offering 3D character creation, interactive E-commerce content, and real-time data warehousing services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention 3D Technology and Animation. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hologress is based in Boone, North Carolina. Their site is hologress.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Hologress, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
