Hogu Technology Services

Hogu Technology Services offers technology solutions, including IT support, network management, and cybersecurity for small businesses. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hogu Technology Services is based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Their site is hts.tech.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
