HJB Consulting

HJB Consulting is a IT solutions firm that provides services like BPM, IT vendor selection, enterprise architecture, etc. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Professional Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HJB Consulting is based in Newtonville, Massachusetts and around since 2004. You can read more at hjb-consulting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used HJB Consulting? Rate it.
