Hitbiz International

Hitbiz International offers IT products and services with excellent planning and management capabilities. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Management Consulting, Web Development and Web Hosting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Hitbiz International is based in Walnut, California. You can read more at hitbiz.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Hitbiz International well, your review carries weight here.
