Hirezon Corporation

Hirezon Corporation specializes in web-based HR software solutions, sales and service for the higher education industry. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Human Resources. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hirezon Corporation is based in Westborough, Massachusetts and around since 2002. Their site is hirezon.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Hirezon Corporation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
