Highland IT Solutions

Highland IT Solutions is a technology provider with a focus on offering a wide range of database and software development for various SMEs. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Highland IT Solutions is based in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. More on highlandits.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Highland IT Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
