Higher Learning Technologies

Higher Learning Technologies specializes in using mobile technology to create better education solutions. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. They also list E-Learning, EdTech, Education, iOS and Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Higher Learning Technologies is based in Coralville, Iowa. More on builtbyhlt.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Higher Learning Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
