Heroic Labs

Heroic Labs builds social infrastructure for games and apps. The job it does: scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. Related areas on their profile: Gaming and Social Media. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Heroic Labs is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2015. You can read more at heroiclabs.com.

Things worth asking about: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
