Hero PM

Hero PM is a cloud-based solutions to the residential property management industry, that specialize in family and small residential homes. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. They also list Cloud Management, Commercial, Property Management, Real Estate and Residential, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hero PM is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. You can read more at heropm.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
