Helixian

Helixian provides Shopify development, app creation, theme work, and ecommerce integrations for brands and merchants. In practice that means running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

Who is it for? Mostly marketing teams with more than one channel. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Developer Tools, E-Commerce, E-Commerce Platforms and Marketing. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Helixian is based in Downers Grove, Illinois. Their site is helixian.io.

Our checklist for this category: CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Helixian, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
