Hearsay

Hearsay is a software tool that collects, reviews, and analyzes messages from iPhones & Androids. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hearsay is based in Los Angeles, California. More on usehearsay.com.
