HDtracks

HDtracks offers CD-quality, DRM-free music downloads, keeping that quality of the music the way the musician intended it to be instead of. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Music, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
