HD Greetings

HD Greetings is a web services platform allowing personalized video delivery for marketing campaigns, e-cards, and user-generated content. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. Related areas on their profile: Gift Card, Marketing, Personalization and Video. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

HD Greetings is based in Burlingame, California. Their site is hdgreetings.com.

Our checklist for this category: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with HD Greetings, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
