HCM TradeSeal

HCM TradeSeal provides solutions for job costing, certified payroll, and union reporting for businesses. In practice that means paying people correctly and filing the taxes that come with it.

It makes the most sense for companies with employees in one or more states. Related areas on their profile: Bookkeeping and Payroll, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resources. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HCM TradeSeal is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You can read more at hcmtradeseal.com.

Things worth asking about: state coverage, contractor payments, and benefits integration. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with HCM TradeSeal, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
