Hatch

Hatch is an online makerspace for creators to build and share unique digital experiences unlike anywhere else. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Photo Editing and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hatch is based in Seattle, Washington and around since 2020. You can read more at hatch.one.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
