Hardly

Hardly is a A career development platform. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Electronics and Mobile Apps. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Hardly is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You can read more at hardly-work.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
