HardHats

HardHats is a saas web mobile application and marketplace for contractors, workers, and available crews. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Construction, Employment, Marketplace and Recruiting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

HardHats is based in Phoenix, Arizona and founded in 2019. Their site is hirehardhats.com.

Our checklist for this category: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with HardHats, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
