Happy Town Tech

Happy Town Tech is an IT company that provides systems design, disaster recovery, security, and project management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Project Management and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Happy Town Tech is based in Swansea, South Carolina. You can read more at happytowntech.com.
