Happy Open House

Happy Open House is a software that automates visitor registration and follows up paperless sign-in & QR codes for agents. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Happy Open House is based in Redwood City, California. Their site is happyopenhouse.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
